About Shipping

Summer schedule for shipping heat sensitive products

In warm weather (temperature is above 80°), to protect the viability of heat sensitive products, all orders containing PROBIOTICS and LIQUID GLUTATHIONE will be sent on ice. Orders that have a ground delivery time of MORE THAN 1 DAY will be sent 2-DAY AIR on ice.

If ground service is inappropriately selected, we will automatically send the order 2-day air and an additional $6.00 - $10.00 WILL BE ADDED to your bill depending on the shipping destination and size of your order.

Orders containing heat sensitive products can only be shipped out on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. Orders received on Thursday (unless overnight delivery is requested) and Friday, will be held until the following Monday (except when a holiday falls on that Monday). Please call if you have any questions.

Return Policy
   - Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of purchase.
   - Items returned after 30 days will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
   - The cost of shipping is not included in the refund.
   - No returns will be accepted for products after 90 days from purchase.
   - Probiotics and liquid glutathione may not be returned for any reason.
